 | We were going through a real rental car emergency; stranded in Alligator Alley mark mile 63 for more than 5 hours. Hertz had promised in 4 opportunities to send us a lift. They never did. Finally we asked for help from Highway Patrol who called us a cab. The driver, whom I call Angel though that's not his real name, immediately called me back, told me EXACTLY how long the ride would take for him to get where we were and how much it would be. He was in Marco Island sharing a barbecue with his family as it was a Saturday. He kept calling us to know if we were ok and giving us his current location. He took us safely to Fort Myers Airport. He brought with him all types of yummy food, water and a fantastic smile!! Thanks to his wife too, as she was so nice as to think even about our bellies!!! He even waited for us at Hertz in the airport until they assured us they had a replace van reserved for us. The service was THE BEST!!!!!!!! I fully recommend it to everyone!!!!
